Operation Lap Wrap is a program of USA Cares, an organization that works to make things better for veterans and their families. Operation Lap Wrap is just one of the ways it helps returning veterans. And you can help. Just make a 45-inch square lap wrap using any technique you want. USA Cares will make sure it goes where it can provide the most help. Make it a group project–guilds or scouts, for example. What a great way to use up yarn or fabric stash.
